Clarification regarding Covid-19 vaccine

Dear Officials,

Please be informed on the following updated information from the FIBA Medical Commission with regards to Covid-19 vaccinations:

Based on a global meeting with health experts, the conclusion is that vaccination does not make the individual immune nor a non-transmitter - it just reduces greatly the possible severity.

The wording "may exempt" from the protocol will therefore not be applied for the bubbles and all vaccinated people are asked to still undergo the standard 2 pre-travel PCR + on-site tests. Serology tests, on the other hand, can be skipped.
