Reminder: use of IRS

Dear referees,

We would like to bring to you attention some important points regarding the IRS protocol. Please read them carefully and work hard as a team to implement them consistently.

1. The IRS protocol available in the iRef Library app is clear. Please do not hesitate to get back to it regularly in order to get more used to it every single day.

2. Correct final outcome is our top priority. Next priority is to care about the lenght of the review. We cannot be too long in front of the monitorin obvious situations.

3. Remember that applying our IOTs correctly on the court, our protocols and working as ONE team will reduce the need for IRS situations.

4. There were two play situations from the games played on 21st of November when IRS review was too long, more than 3 minutes. In addition on the game FIN-GEO it was obvious from the first angle that the foot is on the 3 point line (20 seconds from the beginning of the review) and it is not good for our profesional image to check the situation several times more before changing the initial decision from 3 to 2 points.
