WEEKLY REPORT - ROUND OF 16 - 3
Dear Referees.
Thank you for your performances during the period of L16 GD03, qualifications games for the World Cup 2023 and the Pre-QR EBM2025. The level of your performances was between STANDARD and ABOVE STANDARD. Now we don't have all experts' reports, but from what I can see, in 2 games we had incorrect decisions which influenced the result. More analysis regarding your performances from the W6 QR World Cup 2023, will come from the FIBA HQ.

UF CRITERIA
We had six UF decisions, all six were the correct final decision.
During the games European QR World Cup 2023, we had some situations with the incorrect final decision (included IRS usage).

We had two Head Coach Challenge. Both situations – no correction after IRS analysis.

games, we had five times IRS usage by the Referees. Below you can find the

POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT
- More discipline and better focus in my primary
- The ''standard'' problem – marginal, unnecessary calls
- Focus on elements for UF decision (more regarding downgrade)
Dear Referees, the upcoming competition period is a ''cherry on the cake'' for teams, players, coaches, and us, the referees. Only officials in the best shape, and with highest level of delivery quality will continue to receive nominations.
In the next two months all European club competitions are coming to the final stage. Our BCL 2022/ 2023 season is coming to a very intensive, decisive and exciting part of the season. Now is the time to show our best and have the understanding that mistakes will be more and more painful for the participants. Please remember you are our Elite, you, and we, have worked tirelessly to be prepared for these games. Walk on the floor with confidence, composure, and trust in your own judgement and that of your colleagues.
